An incredibly soothing massage that relaxes your neck, scalp, and face. Performed seated and fully clothed (I recommend a simple T-shirt).

A highly relaxing treatment for your feet and legs, featuring a herbal bath. The massage is performed seated and barefoot.

A dynamic yet deeply relaxing massage often called "yoga for the lazy." The massage is performed in sportswear – please bring a t-shirt and shorts.

It is also possible to arrange a different combination of massage areas or a customized massage duration.
I adapt the intensity of the massage to the client's needs (ranging from relaxing to sports intensity).
A classic massage is suitable for anyone who wants to relax more effectively, release strained muscle areas, alleviate muscle-related pain, and regenerate both physically and mentally.
I am also happy to advise you on how to prevent common muscle issues – such as overuse, tightness, or weakness; how to breathe correctly, strengthen your core, start a fitness routine, and more.

You have a fever, an infectious disease, or an acute inflammatory condition.
You have cancer or another condition for which your doctor has not approved massage.
You are pregnant or in the postpartum period.
You have recently undergone intense physical exertion.
You have eaten recently (a gap of at least 2 hours is recommended).
You are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychoactive substances.

Please also ensure that you come in good hygienic condition (i.e., showering at least in the morning on the day of the massage).

Smokers, please make sure to give your lungs enough oxygen before the massage. :)

Cancellation of the massage less than 24 hours before the scheduled time - cancellation fee of 100%.

Cancellation of the massage less than 48 hours before the scheduled time - cancellation fee of 50%.
